3Deposits & Payments

8999be currently accepts the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).

• Deposits may not be sent from a third-party account.
• Deposits via Mobile Pay and Nagad are credited instantly.
• Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes to process.

• Do not submit the same transaction more than once — if you experience any issues, contact support first.

4Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from 8999be. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same name and account number.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5Bonuses & Promotions

8999be regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which you must read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on your first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be completed first.

6Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled, bets placed before the match started will be refunded.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during live betting, the stake will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8999be platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud, deception, or match manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Operating an account using false information.

8Account Closure & Suspension

8999be may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By court order or for legal reasons.
• Upon your own request for self-exclusion.

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal, however bonus balances will not be refunded.
